In this report, the researcher explains about the Relationship between organizational Structure and culture as well as the researcher tries to explain the different approaches to management and leaderships (Hedlund and sterberg, 2013). The leadership styles and motivational theory are also mentioned in this report and also try to explain the team behavior and performance of these two organizations. The researcher also explains the background of both the organization (Fraher, 2013). MS Company: MS stand for Marks and Spencer organization. Its a British international retailer business.
